When my son was three years old, he was diagnosed with autism. I remember sitting in the doctor's office, the words washing over me like a wave I hadn't seen coming. I was a marketing professional, a problem-solver — but nothing in my training had prepared me for this moment. The diagnosis didn't break me. But the system nearly did. Fragmented therapies. Conflicting advice. Professionals who spoke in jargon and left me more confused than when I arrived.
The turning point came when I stopped trying to fix my son and started trying to understand him. I began researching obsessively — neuroscience, sensory integration, gut-brain health, polyvagal theory, attachment theory. I started connecting dots that no single therapist had connected for me. Slowly, a framework emerged. I called it the Briio Method: Biology First, Regulation, Integration, Independence, Outcomes.
After 7 years of applying the Briio Method with my own son — and watching him grow into a confident, capable young person — I knew I had to share what I had learned. I completed my certification as a Special Needs Parenting Coach and began working with families. Today, I have coached 100+ families across India and internationally, helping parents move from confusion and exhaustion to clarity, connection, and empowerment.

The five components of the Briio Method work together as one integrated system.
"My mission is parental empowerment. I believe that the most powerful intervention in any neurodivergent child's life is an educated, empowered, regulated parent. Therapists see your child for one hour a week. You are with them 24/7. When you understand your child's neurology, every interaction becomes therapeutic."
Every family's journey is unique. We meet you where you are — without judgment, without comparison, without pressure to conform to a neurotypical standard.
The current system is fragmented. The Briio Method integrates all of your child's supports — therapy, nutrition, school, home environment — into one coherent ecosystem.
No parent should navigate this journey alone. The Trail to Triumph community connects families across India and internationally for peer support, shared learning, and collective advocacy.
